Finding and Joining Games
How do I find games near me?
Use the game discovery feature to browse upcoming games in your area. You can filter by sport, date, time, location, gender, age group, skill level, and price to find the perfect match.
Can I join any game I see?
You can join public games that have available spots and match any requirements set by the host (such as gender, age, or skill level). Private games require an invitation from the host.
How do I pay for games?
Payments are handled through your Plus 1 wallet using credits. You can top up your wallet with secure payment methods, and credits are automatically deducted when you join games.
What happens if a game gets cancelled?
If a host cancels a game, you'll receive a full refund of credits to your Plus 1 wallet. Hosts can set automatic cancellation times to avoid venue fees if minimum player requirements aren't met.
Can I leave a game after joining?
Yes, but cancellation policies vary by game and timing. Check the specific game's cancellation policy before joining. Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund.
Creating and Hosting Games
How do I create a game?
Tap "Create Game" and choose your sport, date, time, and location. You can either book a venue through Plus 1 or use your own secured venue. Set your preferences for participants and payment options.
Do I need to book a venue through Plus 1?
No, you have two options: book a venue through our platform or use a venue you've already secured yourself. Both options work seamlessly with the payment and participant management system.
Can I make my game private?
Yes, you can set games as private (invitation-only) or public (open for anyone to join). Private games let you control exactly who participates.
How do I get paid as a host?
When participants join your game, their payment gets held in a temporary account which gets released to your Plus 1 wallet as credits once the game is successfully completed. You can withdraw these credits to your bank account or use them to join other games.
What if not enough people join my game?
You can set automatic cancellation parameters when creating your game. If minimum participation isn't reached by your specified time, the game automatically cancels and all participants receive full refunds.
Payments and Credits
How does the Plus 1 wallet work?
Your Plus 1 wallet stores credits used for joining games and receiving payments from games you host. Top up with credit cards or bank transfers via a secure payment gateway, and withdraw back to your bank account anytime.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes, we use payment gateway provider with industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing. Your financial information is never stored on our servers and all transactions are protected.
How do I withdraw money from my wallet?

How do I update my profile and preferences?
Go to your profile section to update your sports preferences, availability, profile photo, and other personal information. Some changes will require admin approval.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If your account was created directly on the platform, you can use the Forgot Password link on the Login Screen to request a reset. If your account was created using Apple and Google account integration, password resets are handled through those platforms. Contact Apple or Google support if you need to recover your account access.
Can I use Plus 1 on multiple devices?
Yes, your account syncs across devices when you log in with the same details.
Privacy and Account Management
Who can see my profile information?
Your basic profile (name, photo, sports preferences) is visible to other Plus 1 users. Your sensitive information such as contact information, age and gender are strictly hidden from all other users.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Accounts menu or contact our support team to request account deletion. Make sure to withdraw any remaining wallet balance before deletion, as this cannot be recovered afterward.
