Finding and Joining Games

You can join public games that have available spots and match any requirements set by the host (such as gender, age, or skill level). Private games require an invitation from the host.
Payments are handled through your Plus 1 wallet using credits. You can top up your wallet with secure payment methods, and credits are automatically deducted when you join games.
If a host cancels a game, you'll receive a full refund of credits to your Plus 1 wallet. Hosts can set automatic cancellation times to avoid venue fees if minimum player requirements aren't met.
Yes, but cancellation policies vary by game and timing. Check the specific game's cancellation policy before joining. Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund.

Creating and Hosting Games

Tap "Create Game" and choose your sport, date, time, and location. You can either book a venue through Plus 1 or use your own secured venue. Set your preferences for participants and payment options.
No, you have two options: book a venue through our platform or use a venue you've already secured yourself. Both options work seamlessly with the payment and participant management system.
Yes, you can set games as private (invitation-only) or public (open for anyone to join). Private games let you control exactly who participates.
When participants join your game, their payment gets held in a temporary account which gets released to your Plus 1 wallet as credits once the game is successfully completed. You can withdraw these credits to your bank account or use them to join other games.
You can set automatic cancellation parameters when creating your game. If minimum participation isn't reached by your specified time, the game automatically cancels and all participants receive full refunds.

Payments and Credits

Your Plus 1 wallet stores credits used for joining games and receiving payments from games you host. Top up with credit cards or bank transfers via a secure payment gateway, and withdraw back to your bank account anytime.
