Welcome to Plus 1, a sports engagement platform operated by Plus 1 LLC ("Plus 1," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, downloading our app, or using our services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Plus 1. Platform Services

Service Description

Plus 1 provides a platform that enables users to:

• Discover and join sports games and activities
• Create and host sports games and activities
• Connect with other sports enthusiasts
• Process payments for game participation
• Rate and review experiences with other users
• Communicate with other platform users

Platform Availability

• We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may suspend or discontinue services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons
• We are not liable for any interruption of service or resulting damages

Geographic Limitations

Services may not be available in all geographic areas. We reserve the right to limit service availability based on location, local laws, or operational considerations.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Community Guidelines Compliance

You agree to comply with our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violation of Community Guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Violate intellectual property rights of Plus 1 or third parties

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you post, share, or transmit through the Platform, including messages, photos, reviews, and game descriptions. You warrant that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Safety and Risk Assumption

You acknowledge that sports activities carry inherent risks of injury. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for:

• Ensuring your physical fitness for chosen activities
• Following safety guidelines and using appropriate equipment
• Obtaining necessary medical clearances or insurance
• Reporting unsafe conditions or behavior

Game Creation and Participation

Game Hosting

When creating games, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the activity, location, and requirements
• Comply with all applicable laws and venue regulations
• Maintain appropriate supervision and safety measures
• Handle participant communications professionally
• Process refunds according to stated policies

Game Participation

When joining games, you agree to:

• Arrive prepared and on time as specified
• Follow game rules and host instructions
• Treat other participants with respect
• Pay required fees as agreed
• Provide accurate skill level and availability information

Cancellation Policies

• Hosts may set specific cancellation policies for their games
• Automatic cancellations may occur if minimum participation requirements are not met
• Participants should review cancellation terms before joining games
• Refunds will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy

Payment Terms and Wallet System

Plus 1 Wallet

• The Platform includes an integrated wallet system using credits
• Credits can be purchased using approved payment methods
• Credits are used to join games and receive payments for hosting
• Wallet balances can be withdrawn to bank accounts subject to verification requirements

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• We do not store payment card information on our servers
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for credit purchases
• Payment disputes should be reported immediately through our support system

Fees and Pricing

• Game participation fees are set by individual hosts
• We may charge service fees for certain transactions
• Venue booking fees apply when using our partner facilities
• All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before transaction completion

Refunds and Disputes

• Refunds are governed by the specific cancellation policy of each game
• We may mediate payment disputes between users
• Refunds are typically processed as wallet credits
• Fraudulent payment activity will result in account suspension

Taxes

You are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes related to your use of the Platform, including income taxes on payments received from hosting games.

Intellectual Property Rights

Plus 1 Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Plus 1 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property.

User Content License

By posting content on the Platform, you grant Plus 1 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify your content for Platform operation and promotion. This license continues until you delete the content or terminate your account.

Respect for Third-Party Rights

You must respect the intellectual property rights of others and may not post content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

Privacy and Data Protection

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Data Sharing

We may share certain user information as necessary for Platform functionality, including sharing contact information with other participants in games you join or host.

Communication Consent

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from us, including service updates, promotional messages, and safety notifications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Third-Party Services and Venue Partners

Venue Partnerships

We partner with sports facilities to provide booking services. Venue partnerships are subject to separate terms and conditions established by each venue partner.

Third-Party Integration

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, mapping services, social media platforms). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

No Endorsement

Plus 1 does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of venues, third-party services, or user-generated content.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Service Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUS 1 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from Platform use
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of substitute services or products
• User interactions or disputes

Maximum Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Plus 1 in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

User Interaction Disclaimer

Plus 1 is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or safety of users during in-person activities. Users interact at their own risk and should exercise appropriate caution.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plus 1, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Your content or conduct on the Platform
• Your participation in or hosting of games and activities
• Your interactions with other users

Account Termination

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked
• You may withdraw remaining wallet credits subject to our policies
• Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

Termination by Plus 1

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Safety concerns or risk to other users
• Extended inactivity (after appropriate notice)

Effects of Termination

Upon account termination:

• All rights and licenses granted to you terminate immediately
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact our support team to attempt to resolve any disputes informally.

Binding Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre under their rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Doha, Qatar and governed by Qatari law.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions

Small claims court proceedings and injunctive relief requests are excluded from the arbitration requirement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Doha, Qatar.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Plus 1 regarding the Platform.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

Survival

Provisions relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of these Terms.
